EXA4MIND promoted at the ISC High Performance
ISC High Performance 2023 is an international conference and exhibition that took place in Hamburg, Germany, from May 21 to 25. The event brought together 3.105 researchers, practitioners, and vendors from the fields of high-performance computing, machine learning, data analytics, and quantum computing.
The EXA4MIND project and its activities were introduced within the booth of IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center, EXA4MIND coordinator. The consortium members attending the conference organised a raffle for the attendees, which awarded three lucky winners with external hard disks.
The conference program offered exciting sessions, workshops, tutorials, keynotes, panels, and posters, covering various topics such as exascale computing, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, neuromorphic computing and more. The exhibition presented the latest products and solutions from leading technology providers and research institutions.
ISC High Performance 2023 fostered the growth of a global HPC community and provided a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. One of the conference’s highlights was announcing the new TOP500 list of the world’s fastest supercomputers. The current leader of the list is Frontier which has a performance of 1.194 exaflops, the second place belongs to the Fugaku supercomputer, and the third ranks the LUMI supercomputer.
